Flat Fee Discount Realty is a DBA of MLS4Public, LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage serving Houston, Texas and Houston’s surrounding areas, as well as Oklahoma City and Tulsa Oklahoma’s surrounding areas. We are NOT a third party referral company. Flat Fee Discount Realty is your local listing brokerage. We can post real estate property for sale in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We cover several counties (please see our list below). Our mission is to empower For Sale By Owners (FSBOs), builders and investors with all the resources they need to sell real estate themselves utilizing the advertising and marketing power of the MLS data system but at a fraction of the cost of a traditional real estate firm. Meet Dawn Faust Owner, Broker, Manager
Dawn Faust
Dawn Faust, MBA, GRI owner/broker of MLS4public LLC has been a real estate professional since 1998. Dawn has listed and closed thousands of homes. Dawn has provided full-service real estate to clients, however her passion since the beginning of her real estate career has been in Flat Fee Listings. Knowing first hand how many full-service companies traditionally charging 6%+, she felt it was way too much to pay to sell a property to those who do not need or want the services of a full-service listing agent. Dawn specializes in listing real estate property for builders, investors and For Sale By Owners (FSBOs), who have little or no equity in their real estate but need to list their property economically so they can work with their buyer’s agent to downsize efficiently.
Dawn Faust personally oversees all listings ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. She is a member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR.com), Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors (OKCMLS.com) and Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services (TulsaRealtors.com).
Helping Realtors Bring You a Qualified Buyer
Once your property is posted in the Local MLS system that data automatically downloads into other realty websites including Realtor.com. Realtor.com (& other real estate websites) sell zip codes to local buyer representatives (Realtors) in your area, so Buyer inquiries will go directly to that Realtor. The MLS guidelines prohibit private information from being posted on their website. If a Buyer is interested in your property, the Buyer will contact their Realtor so the Realtor can use their password to look up YOUR private contact information. Our ultimate goal is to have Realtors help bring you a qualified Buyer.
